Do I need to keep the web application open to receive messages?
No, you do not. HarborDesk operates via background cron routines and secure listeners directly on our servers. The infrastructure processes incoming message streams, links them to your active contact files, and prepares your smart daily digest panels completely in the background while you sleep.
Which communication platforms are supported out of the box?
Our current active launch layers fully support Gmail and Microsoft Outlook inboxes. We are actively finalizing our verification tokens for Instagram Business DMs, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp Business, which are planned for rollout next.
